To provide checkout-recovery services on behalf of the online store you interacted with, including courtesy phone calls and, with your consent, a one-time SMS containing a discount code.
To provide customer support and maintain service quality and security.

SMS / text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

Text messages are sent only after you expressly agree to receive one (for example, verbally during a phone call about your unfinished order). Message frequency: one message per consent. Sharing

We share personal information only with: (a) the merchant whose store you interacted with; (b) service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (such as telephony and messaging infrastructure providers); and (c) authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

Call transcripts and related records are retained only as long as needed to provide the service and are deleted according to configurable retention periods, after which they are permanently removed.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
