SMS Opt-In Disclosure

Checkout Recall by ArquenGroup OÜ · Last updated: August 26, 2026

This page publicly documents the call-to-action through which customers opt in to receive a one-time SMS from the Checkout Recall service. Consent is collected verbally, during a phone call, individually for every message sent. No message is ever sent without this express consent.

Where the opt-in happens

  1. A customer begins a checkout at a participating online store and enters their phone number in the checkout form.
  2. If the customer leaves without completing the purchase, the store's assistant places a courtesy phone call about the unfinished order.
  3. During that call, the customer is offered a discount code. The message is sent only after the customer clearly agrees to receive it by text.

The exact call-to-action used on the call

Assistant (voice call)

"This is the assistant for [Store Name], calling about the order you started. I can offer you a one-time discount code — would you like me to send it to this number by text message? You'll receive a single text from Arquen Checkout Recall on behalf of [Store Name]. Message and data rates may apply. It's one message only — no recurring texts — and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help."

Customer

"Yes." (Only a clear yes results in a message. Every consent is documented with a timestamped call transcript.)
