These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and services of ArquenGroup OÜ ("we", "us"), registry code 17293845, Tööstuse tn 75-71, 10416 Tallinn, Estonia, including the Checkout Recall service and its associated SMS program.

SMS Terms & Conditions — Checkout Recall discount messages

Program description: Checkout Recall sends a one-time SMS containing a discount code to customers who began a checkout at a participating online store and expressly agreed — verbally, during a courtesy phone call about their unfinished order — to receive that code by text message.
Opt-in: Consent is collected individually for each message during the phone call. No message is sent without the customer's express agreement.
Message frequency: One (1) message per consent. This is not a recurring-message subscription program.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier and depend on your mobile plan.
Opt out: You can cancel at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status and no further messages will be sent. You may also request no further contact during any call, which adds you to our do-not-call list.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Our handling of your information, including the commitment that mobile opt-in data is never shared with or sold to third parties, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArquenGroup OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services.
